Welcome to the CTC Geography blog!

Welcome to the very first CTC Kingshurst Academy Geography blog post. We hope that this blog will be used by Geography students of all ages to keep up-to-date with current Geography news and events from all around the world. Geography is the study of the earth, and as you know from your lessons one of the most important things we study are real life examples. As you go up through school you become more reliant on case study knowledge.

"A diary of the planet"

A brilliant website that gives you an interactive world map uploaded with short snap shots of the most important geographical news stories from that week. Although this is a super tool for IB students who need to keep up-to-date with their wider reading, there is no reason why GCSE and KS3 students can't use this either.
